Shipping

• Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

• Please provide a secure delivery address, as Simply Birkenstock is not responsible for lost or stolen items that show a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

• Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS. If you require a specific carrier, please indicate this in the comments section of your order or call us directly at 603-715-2259.

• For expedited shipping options and quotes, please contact us by phone/email.

• Please Note: We only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.

Returns / Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.

• We only accept returns for items purchased from Simply Birkenstock within 30 days of delivery. After this period, a store credit or exchange will be provided.

• The shoe box must be placed inside a shipping box. Please do not apply labels, tape, or any markings directly on the original shoe box.

• Returned items must be unworn and in new condition, complete with their original packaging. Please note that foot imprints can quickly appear on tried-on shoes. Once we receive and approve the return based on its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange.

What to Include with Your Return

A copy of your original receipt.

Your name, address, phone number, and a note indicating whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. If exchanging, please specify the desired item(s) including color, size, and style.
